  • APPLICATION DEADLINE: Nov. 1, 2017

  • VENDOR FEE = $50 / Downtown Elgin Businesses = $25

  • INCLUDED: 8ft table / 2 chairs / 1 outlet

  • SETUP: 12-2pm, 12/2/17 - [Market Hours 2-6pm]

  • FOOD VENDOR PERMIT: All Food vendors must file a temporary food permit with the city of Elgin. DOWNLOAD IT HERE.  

    If accepted into the market, food vendors who do not have a seasonal permit are subject to a $140 temporary food permit fee. Those with a seasonal or mobile permit from the Kane County Health Department will not need to pay the fee (please provide us a copy of your permit). Also, if a vendor has food that does not require refrigeration (nuts, fruit, etc.) a permit is not needed. 

  • ACCEPTANCE: Up to the discretion of the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin. A limited number of spaces are available.
